Come celebrate with us at this regional festival featuring all things lavender & honey including event-themed foods, arts & crafts, music, education and even a signature beer. Celebrating the best of local farms, local food, independent businesses and the beauty of the Sierra Nevada.

The festival has its roots in a community college where, for more than a decade, the Western Nevada College Specialty Crop Institute hosted training workshops for farmers including lavender and honey producers. They had a vision—a lavender & honey festival to celebrate local agriculture—and that vision came to life in 2017! Today, our festival is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to educate the public and broaden public awareness on the benefits of supporting local farms and independent businesses through an annual festival and related events, all with lavender and honey as the organizing theme.

No pets, please!  A reminder to please leave your pet at home when you come to the festival. Hot asphalt can burn their paws, and street festivals are often loud and crowded. Many municipalities, including the City of Reno have ordinances prohibiting animals except for service dogs at special events. Only service animals are allowed at the festival.
This festival season, keep your pet safe and happy!
